We are pleased to introduce Alejandra Esmoris, our new Senior Associate in Dubai as of November 1st, 2020.

Her main areas of expertise include corporate law, wealth planification and international succession planning.

Over the years, Alejandra has acquired sound experience in corporate law and governance, advising entrepreneurs and family business owners on how to:

  • structure their businesses to comply with domestic and international regulations,
  • establish long-term corporate governance strategies and monitoring systems,
  • implement internal policies and procedures for decision-making, including allocation of responsibilities and accountability,
  • ensure the transmission of family businesses from generation to generation.

As Trust and Estate Practitioner, Alejandra has developed a strong practice in international Estate planning and tax planification, assisting clients with the preparation of their wills and the establishment of vehicles such as trusts, foundations, and/or special purpose vehicles. Her core activities include advising individuals and families in their projects to relocate to the United Arab Emirates.

Alejandra also advises individuals and corporate clients in contract law, including negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and mitigating the risks on a wide range of legal documents and agreements such as shareholder agreements, employment contracts, agency agreements, and commercial leases.

Holder of a Master in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of Geneva and a Master in Laws from the University of Geneva, she was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2013. Prior to joining our firm, she worked as Head of the Client Relationship Department of an international service provider in Dubai. Her working languages are English, French, and Spanish.
