Stuart is a UK qualified solicitor and has most recently spent 11 years as Group General Counsel within one of the UAE’s largest banking groups and advised upon high value restructuring and recovery cases relating to the bank’s distressed asset portfolio as well as taking appointments to formal creditor committees and directorships.
Stuart advises corporates, financial institutions and financial advisory firms and also undertakes litigation in common law courts in the UAE.
