Madeleine Brion

At the start of her career, Madeleine Brion developed her initial expertise in property law, assisting both institutional and private clients with the sale and acquisition of real estate. She then developed a second area of expertise in wealth management law, assisting company directors with their wealth transfer and structuring issues.

Madeleine assists her clients with the structuring, monitoring and transfer of their private and business assets, from the perspective of both French law and private international law.

She also represents financial institutions with financing and mortgage guarantees on real estate assets.

Finally, Madeleine assists both residents and non-residents in structuring their property investments in France.
