With over 10 years’ experience, Anna D. Vladau assists corporations and high net worth clients with Swiss and US tax issues, as well as international tax matters, structuring deals in the most tax efficient manner and researching a range of complex tax law issues. Anna also represents and defends her clients’ interests before state and federal courts. She assists clients with relocating to Switzerland and with estate and matrimonial planning. Anna is also active in the fields of asset engineering and executive taxation.
She is a member of the bar in the Canton of Vaud (Switzerland) and the State of New York (USA). She is a graduate of Boston University School of Law (LL.M in Taxation) and the University of Lausanne Law School (Bachelor and Master in Law).
She also teaches tax law and financial markets at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences in Lausanne and at ISFB in Geneva.
She is active in a number of associations, notably as President of the Jeune barreau vaudois.
In 2022, Anna D. Vladau joined Bonnard Lawson as a partner in charge of strengthening Bonnard Lawson’s Swiss and international tax practice and advising private clients.
