Anna D. Vladau

Ms. Anna D. Vladau is an international tax lawyer with over fifteen years experience advising high-net-worth individuals and corporations on Swiss, U.S., and cross-border tax matters. She provides strategic guidance on international transactions, executive taxation, and wealth structuring, including treaty relief, transfer pricing, residence and withholding taxes, permanent establishments, and cross-border compliance.

She represents clients at all stages of tax inquiries and disputes, whether through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, or litigation before state and federal courts. She also advises family offices and owners of privately held businesses and individuals on estate and matrimonial planning, including regarding relocation to Switzerland and trusts.

Anna Vladau regularly provides advice to other professionals on complex cross-border tax issues and on tax-related commercial and contractual matters.

She holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Lausanne, and is a member of the bar in the Canton of Vaud (Switzerland) and the State of New York (USA).
