Jérémie Riccardi is an associate attorney at our Lausanne office, where he is a member of the Corporate and M&A group.
He studied law at the University of Geneva where he obtained a Master’s degree in civil and criminal law and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in legal professions.
Prior to joining Bonnard Lawson, Jérémie worked as a trainee lawyer in a Swiss law firm in Geneva and was admitted to the bar in 2023.
His practice mainly focuses on corporate matters, M&A transactions, financings and contract law.
