Professional Experience
Jianping Mei is a legal consultant with interdisciplinary education in law and economics. With many years of professional experience in legal and commercial sectors in Switzerland and China, she specializes in advising on Chinese outward investments in Switzerland and Swiss investments in China. She also advises private Chinese clients on their relocation and establishment in Switzerland.
Before joining Bonnard Lawson, she advised on cross-border M&A and arbitration matters. She has been certified as an English-Chinese translator in China since 2007 and as a French-Chinese legal interpreter in Switzerland since 2017.
