Professional experience

Jianping Mei is a legal consultant with crossdisciplinarity education in law and economics and years of working experience in legal and trade sectors in Switzerland and China. She is specialized in advising on Chinese outward investment in Switzerland and Swiss investments in China. In addition, she is also advising Chinese private clients in their relocation into Switzerland.

Prior to her joining in Bonnard Lawson, she advises on cross-border M &A and arbitrations. She is certified as English-Chinese translator in China in 2007 and French-Chinese legal interpreter in Switzerland in 2017.
