François has an experience of more than 13 years and has developed a strong expertise in Luxembourg in the area of tax planning for investors (Multinational enterprises, Private equity funds, Families, High Net Worth Individuals, Entrepreneurs, Top Executives) who want to structure their investments through Luxembourg or who want to develop business in Luxembourg.

In particular, François advises on international tax structuring, real estate transactions, holding and financing structures, IP and transfer pricing.
The experience acquired through various service providers, i.e. for more than seven years with a Big4, around two years in a law firm and more than four years in a Trust firm/Auditor, allows him to have a global picture of various issues that could be managed on the Luxembourg market in the tax field so as to provide the clients with an efficient and compliant solution.

In addition to his experience with tax law François has a very good understanding of Lux GAAP accounting principles.

François regularly acts as a guest speaker or panelist around the world. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and International Bar Association (IBA).
