Bonnard Lawson Advised Groupe Bader SA on alliance with Paprec Swiss Group SA

Bonnard Lawson is pleased to have advised Groupe Bader SA in connection with the alliance of Metabader SA and Paprec Swiss Group SA.
The newly formed group will bring together:
- 1,000 employees
- 31 plants and branches
- 900,000 tonnes of materials processed annually
- CHF 350 million in revenue expected this year
This transaction marks an important step in the development of a major Swiss recycling and waste-management group.
