Very pleased to announce that Bonnard Lawson International Law Firm has successfully represented Mr Issa Hayatou before the Court of Arbitration for Sport. The Panel has upheld the appeal and set aside the decision of the FIFA Ethics Committee. It has confirmed that Mr Hayatou did not breach Article 15(1) of the FIFA Code of Ethics (duty of loyalty) and it has lifted the sanction imposed by FIFA.
